You are invited to enrol your child at St Mary’s School any time of the year for any year level.

Enrolment at St Mary’s is accepted on the understanding that parents, legal guardians, carers and students appreciate and support the Catholic philosophy and ethos of the school and accept the Christian foundation of the school’s operation.

To enrol at St Mary’s

  1. Complete the St Mary's Application for Enrolment online form including
  • payment of current Enrolment Application Fee (for all new enrolments)
  • submission of Proof of Age (Birth Certificate or Passport)
  1. Once we have all the information we need, we will arrange an interview for you and your child with the Principal or Assistant Principal.
  2. If your child has additional needs we will have a specific meeting with our specialist team to discuss how we can best support them and you (if applicable).
  3. If there is some doubt about a child's readiness to enter any year level, further discussion with a specialised group will take place before a final decision regarding enrolment is made.
  4. The Principal will be in touch in writing to let you know if we can offer your child a place or not.
  5. You will be asked to sign and send back an Acceptance/Declining of offer form.

Please note: The Principal retains the right to give discretionary consideration to enrolment applications where special family circumstances exist.

Fees and levies  

The moment you decide to educate your children at St Mary’s you enter into and agree to the school’s fee and levy arrangements. As a Catholic school our fees are integral to us providing a quality learning and teaching environment.

Families experiencing financial hardship should contact the Principal confidentially to discuss any issues relating to their child’s school fees.
